Bag of Blocks (BOB)


1. Introduction

Bag of Blocks (BOB) is an educational program designed to support the development of visual-spatial intelligence, creativity, and early learning skills in children through structured play.

By using BOB materials, attending sessions, or participating in any program, you agree to the following Terms of Service.


2. Scope of Services

BOB provides:

  • Physical block sets (Set 1 / Set 2 or equivalent)

  • Teacher orientation and guidance

  • Structured activity frameworks

  • Observation tools (checklists, summaries where applicable)

  • Ongoing support for implementation (if agreed)

BOB is not a formal curriculum, but a supplementary developmental program.


3. Eligibility

BOB programs are designed for children aged 3–6 years.
Use outside this age group should be supervised and adapted appropriately.


4. Usage Guidelines

4.1 Educational Use

  • Materials are intended for guided classroom or supervised home use

  • Teachers/parents are encouraged to allow open-ended exploration, not rigid instruction

4.2 Safety

  • Adult supervision is required at all times

  • Blocks should not be used in ways that may cause harm (throwing, misuse, etc.)

4.3 Care of Materials

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the condition of the blocks

  • Damaged or lost components may be subject to replacement charges (if applicable)


5. Intellectual Property

All BOB materials including:

  • Activity frameworks

  • Teaching approaches

  • Language prompts

  • Visual systems

are the intellectual property of Bag of Blocks.

You may:

  • Use them within your classroom/home

You may not:

  • Copy, resell, distribute, or reproduce them commercially

  • Create derivative products based on BOB systems without permission


6. Program Implementation

6.1 Teacher Responsibility

Teachers are expected to:

  • Facilitate sessions with sensitivity and patience

  • Observe rather than over-direct

  • Encourage imagination and expression

6.2 Flexibility

BOB is designed to be adaptive.
There is no “right outcome” in sessions—focus is on process, not product.


7. Payments & Fees (if applicable)

  • Fees for block sets, training, or programs must be paid as agreed

  • Payments once made are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise stated

  • Custom programs may have separate terms


8. Cancellation & Termination

BOB reserves the right to discontinue services if:

  • Materials are misused

  • Terms are violated

  • Payments are not fulfilled

Users may discontinue use at any time, but refunds are subject to policy.


9. Limitation of Liability

BOB is an educational support system and does not guarantee specific outcomes.

We are not liable for:

  • Individual learning differences

  • Misuse of materials

  • Any indirect or incidental damages


10. Privacy

Any information shared (school details, observations, etc.) will be:

  • Used only for program improvement

  • Not shared with third parties without consent


11. Modifications

BOB reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the program implies acceptance of updated terms.
