  • All orders are processed within 2–5 working days after confirmation of payment

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays

  • In case of delays, customers will be informed via contact details provided at the time of order

  • We currently ship across India

  • For bulk or school orders in remote locations, delivery timelines may vary

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery timeline: 5–10 working days from dispatch

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier availability, and external factors

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be communicated at the time of order

  • For bulk/school orders, shipping may be calculated separately

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via phone/email (if available)

  • Customers are responsible for tracking the shipment and ensuring availability at the time of delivery

6. Delivery Issues

If you face any of the following issues:

  • Delayed delivery

  • Damaged package

  • Missing items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with relevant details.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If the product arrives damaged, please share photos/videos immediately upon receipt

  • Replacement or resolution will be provided after review

  • Bag of Blocks is not responsible for delays or losses caused by courier partners, but we will assist in resolving such cases

8. Incorrect Address

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details

  • BOB is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
