Bag of Blocks (BOB)

1. Overview

At Bag of Blocks (BOB), our products are carefully designed and quality-checked before dispatch.
As these are educational materials, we maintain a limited return policy.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

Product received is damaged
Product received is defective
Incorrect item delivered

To be eligible:

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
The product must be unused and in original condition
Original packaging should be retained

3. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted for:

Minor variations in color, finish, or natural material differences
Change of mind after purchase
Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Contact us via phone/email within 48 hours
Share:
- Order details
- Photos/videos of the issue
Our team will review and confirm eligibility

If approved:

Instructions for return or replacement will be shared

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only in cases where replacement is not possible
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (or as mutually agreed)

6. Replacement Policy

If eligible, a replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost
Replacement timelines may vary depending on availability

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to damage, defect, or error from our side → BOB will bear the cost
In all other cases (if approved exceptionally) → customer may bear shipping cost

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed are generally non-cancellable after dispatch
Cancellation requests (before dispatch) may be considered on a case-by-case basis
